Tour Itinerary
06:30 Am: Morning you will be picked-up from your hotel in Delhi and driven straight to Pink City of Rajasthan - Jaipur( 265Kms / 5hrsApprox). On the way you will be provided a break for tea/coffee & toilet. Before entering Jaipur city you will be provided a stop at Amber Fort.
11:30 Am: On arrival you will be meet & greet by our Tour Guide and taken for the sightseeing of FamousAmber Fort of Jaipur, here you will be taken upto the fort on Elephant / Jeep. It's a magnificent & most famous fort of Jaipur and an reflects the joint architecture of Rajputs( Hindus ) & Mughals ( Muslims ). Then you will be provided some free time for taking pictures.
01:00 Pm: After Amer Fort Tour you will be taken for Lunch in Good Restaurant where you will be provided lavish range of buffet veg & non-veg meals.
02:00 Pm: After delightful Lunch you will be taken for tour of Jaipur City to visit its City Palace & Museum, JantarMantar( An Accurate Solar Observatory ), Water Palace & Palace of Winds. After Jaipur Tour you will be provided some free time in local markets for shopping, and markets here famous for its handicrafts, silk, gems & spices. Services of our Tour Guide is finished here and you have to go back to Delhi with our driver.
05:00 Pm: Now its time to leave and you will be driven back again for the Capital City - Delhi. On the way you will be provided tea/coffee & toilet break.
10:00 Pm: On arrival at Delhi you will be dropped at your hotel and now it's time to say good bye to our driver on successful conclusion of your private day tour of Jaipur from Delhi.
Highlights of Jaipur Private Day Tour:
Amber Fort : This fort was built all in white marble and red sandstone. Amber Fort is located 11 km from Jaipur. It was the ancient citadel of the ruling Kachhawa clan of Amber, before the capital was shifted to present day Jaipur. Amber Fort is known for its unique artistic style, blending both Hindu and Muslim (Mughal) elements, and its ornate and breathtaking artistic mastery.
City Palace: The sprawling palace of Sawai Jai Singh II/, sits right in the centre of the geometric grid in the heart of the old city. It consists of the seven-storied Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal and other buildings. While the beautiful Chandra Mahal is still used as a residence by the royal family of Jaipur and a part of the complex is open to the public as the City Palace Museum
Janter Manter: It is one of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh whose ruling passion was astronomy. It was built between 1728 and 1734 and consists of observer's seat, sundial and a number of enormous instruments used to calculate altitude, locate and identify celestial bodies.
HawaMahal: Palace of Winds or Hawa Mahal was built in 1799, by Maharaja SawaiPratap Singh and is the most recognizable monument of Jaipur. The 5 storied stunning semi-octagonal monument having 152 windows with over hanging latticed balconies is a fine piece of Rajput architecture. Originally designed for the royal ladies to watch and enjoy the processions and other activities, on the street below. Now it houses a well laid out museum.
Jal Mahal: The JalMahal or Water Palace is a beautiful Mughal-Rajput style palace located in the center of the Mansagarlake a few kilometers to the north of the city of Jaipur. Designed as a pleasure resort, the JalMahal is an approximately 60m square multistory building which has chhatris on each corner. When the lake is full only the top floor remains above the water level and the Palace can only be reached by boat andits terrace has a typical Charbagh style Mugal garden.
